Parking
The accommodation has access to a parking garage. The key to the garage is on the apartment's keyring. Next to your residence, there is parking for temporary loading/unloading and a spot for electric car charging. If you charge an electric car, please note that there is a fee to remain in that spot even if you are not charging.
It is important that the garage doors are properly closed, as there is a risk of them blowing open. Snow shovels are located next to the garage to clear any snow drifts that may form. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact the reception and we will assist you.
House Rules
Please respect the apartment is pet-free and smoke-free.
Sanitation fee is charged in case of violation.
Smoke detectors are in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.
It must be quiet between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Slopes and lift gates may only be accessed during the resort's opening hours which you will find here.
Individual firecrackers and fireworks on the site are prohibited.
Do not wear boots/cycling shoes indoors.
Ski storage and waxing room
Ski storage can be found in the door next to the entrance door to the apartment. It is the same key to the apartment and the ski storage.
Storage of skis/bikes in the apartment is prohibited and any damage will be charged.
Check-out and final cleaning
Check-out takes place at 09:30 at the latest, the keys are left at the reception of Hotel Funäsdalen.
Final cleaning included, we ask you to empty the fridge and freezer. Household garbage and food waste are disposed of in the respective containers in the parking lot.
Other bulky waste such as glass, metal, plastic, etc. can be recycled at the environmental / waste station below Parkliften in Kåvan.
Have you rented the linen set? Put it in a pile inside the entrance door.

Information about fuses:
The apartments are equipped with 25A fuses, to avoid the fuses blowing in connection with too high a load, we ask you not to use all household products at the same time (such as sauna, drying cabinet, stove, oven, etc.).
If the fuses blow, please go to the ski storage room to fix it. If you need help, you are welcome to call the reception or our emergency number
