Alpine training on Funäsdalsberget
Season opening November 27, 2025
Funäsdalsberget offers a unique training opportunity for clubs and teams, where many of the future alpine stars train annually. There are good opportunities for GS training top to bottom and SL training in Tuffingen. In Funäsdalen, the cold and snow come early and we can usually start the alpine training on Funäsdalsberget already in November. In the months that follow, we produce the surface on the slopes that has made Funäsdalsberget famous among both coaches and athletes. We have the ambition to continue to have the best surface in the Nordic region on our slopes.

GS training
Here you will have the opportunity to train 3 GS sessions in 3 days, 2h per session top to bottom.
During our Berget evenings/Topp-Dal, we offer 2.5 hours of what we would like to call Sweden's best GS training directly in connection with the lift's regular closure
Good to know
- The mountain evenings give you 3 GS passes Thursday to Saturday, 2.5h per pass peak to valley.
- You can book SL every day between 11:00 and 15:00 (until 16:00 in high season).
- We have the right to combine groups to give more people the opportunity for great training.
- Each training session should end with a hurry-up 15 minutes before the end of the session.

Other information
- Every day throughout the season SL training is offered in Tuffingen
- Mountain evening/Top valley means 2.5 hours after regular opening hours where Kåvanexpress is subscribed for training and the full length of the mountain can be used for training

Ski pass
Pre-book your ski pass online! The mountain pass is valid for skiing on Funäsdalsberget and other facilities in Funäsfjällen.
For the whole season
Pre-book Mountain Pass winter season by 30/11 and get 15% discount.
During the period November 27 - December 19
Ski passes for Funäsdalsberget are purchased at pre-season prices.
During the period December 20 - April 12
The Ski Pass Mountain Pass is purchased at the regular price online. For ski passes valid for 6 days or more, you get a 15% discount when booking at least 30 days before the first day of skiing!
Housing close to the slopes

Meals at the Mountain Restaurant
At the Mountain Restaurant you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is always included for hotel guests. For groups of more than 8 people, pre-booking of breakfast, lunch and dinner is required at least 7 days before arrival. Contact us to book!
