On Friday, September 12, we are taking the gondola up and ending the week the right way. Up at Toppstugan, Ove from Divine will host a wine tasting with five selected wines, one white and four reds, served with hearty snacks from our kitchen.

With the wines, we serve reindeer kebab with Jillieskav, vegetables, and sriracha mayonnaise, hot-smoked char from the Bruksvallarna smokery with herbed cream cheese, apple, and horseradish, chanterelles on bread baked at Nya Jonssons bakery, and a creamy mushroom soup.

The gondola goes up around 3:30 PM and the tasting starts around 4:00 PM. Expect about an hour and a half, then we will end the evening with a walk down the mountain.

Price: 595 SEK per person, gondola ride up included.
