The gondola takes you from the village center in Funäsdalen up to the summit of Funäsdalsberget in just a few minutes. Up there, the mountain landscape opens up, and the view stretches across valleys, lakes, and peaks as far as the eye can see. It’s one of the easiest and most spectacular experiences you can have in Funäsfjällen, regardless of age or fitness level.
Toppstugan – Fika at 957 meters altitude
At the top of Funäsdalsberget mountain awaits the Toppstugan. A true summit lodge with hot food, coffee, and a view that's hard to beat. Take the gondola up, sit down with a cup of coffee, and let the mountain panorama do the rest. The Toppstugan is open daily during the summer season and welcomes hikers, gondola travelers, and anyone else who finds their way up.
Lopme Laante
Take the gondola up and go for a short walk, and you will reach Lopme Laante, a Sámi park with reindeer up close. Here you can feed reindeer, try lasso throwing, listen to stories about Sámi culture, and eat Sámi food in the large goahti.
